Details for Oakland Farm Trees

Oakland Farm Trees

Oakland Farm Trees is a family-owned nursery specializing in Kentucky native trees and shrubs. All of our plants are grown in 2 gallon fiber pouches that air prune the roots and are between 1-4 ft. tall. We believe in growing and planting small, healthy plants with their entire root ball to ensure smooth transplanting and support the plant’s adjustment and growth to its new home. We grow over 35 native trees and shrubs, including conifers, mid story and understory, edible and medicinal plants, flowering shrubs, and more. Popular species include: Tulip Poplar, Paw Paw, Persimmon, Elderberry, Sassafras, Buttonbush, Sugar Maple, Witch Hazel, a variety of Oaks including Chinquapin, Overcup, Bur, and Northern Red Oak, Shellbark Hickory, and more!!
