Gift Membership Form

Use this form to give a gift membership. The first section is information about you, the gift giver. The second section is information about the gift membership recipient.

  • Do you want the KNPS to notify the gift recipient via email? That email will tell them that they are now a member of KNPS and tell them who gave them the gift. You will receive a copy of that email.

    Alternatively, we can just notify you that their membership is active. We will also send you an attractive PDF notice of the gift membership that you can either print out and give the recipient or email it to them.
